Paid packages and credits are billed as described at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once credits have been used.
You retain ownership of the content you create. Themeplate retains all rights to the platform, templates, and underlying technology.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Themeplate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
